GraphPilot product data
GraphPilot is a local-first Windows utility. GraphPilot does not operate an x=mas2 cloud service and does not automatically upload customer files or endpoint datasets to x=mas2. Operators control local files and any Microsoft sign-in or upload action.
Information we process
We may process contact details, order and licensing records, correspondence, and support materials needed to fulfill purchases, administer licenses, prevent misuse, and provide assistance. Paddle processes checkout and payment information under Paddle's own privacy practices.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, provide release materials and support, maintain licensing records, improve product reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.
Support data
Customers should remove secrets and unnecessary personal data before sending logs, screenshots, or sample files. Support materials are used to investigate and respond to the request and are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal recordkeeping.
