14-day refund period
You may request a refund for GraphPilot Full within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Requesting a refund
Email hello@xequalsmassquared.com from the order email address and include the Paddle transaction details and reason for the request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate and verify the order.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original Paddle payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary after a refund is approved. Access associated with a refunded license may be discontinued.
Technical issues
Please contact support if installation or product operation is preventing use. Include the GraphPilot version, Windows version, and a concise description of the issue so we can help promptly.
