Agreement and orders
These terms form the software license agreement between the customer and X EQUALS MASS SQUARED LLC for GraphPilot. For a paid edition, they supplement the edition, price, term, and permitted-use details shown in the applicable Paddle checkout or order. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms govern the payment transaction. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
License grant
GraphPilot is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and the applicable order, x=mas2 grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased or issued edition for the customer's internal business purposes. The license may not be transferred to another person or organization, except that named users and activated devices may be reassigned within the licensed organization as described below.
GraphPilot Trial
The Trial is a no-charge, 14-day evaluation license for one named user on one Windows device. It permits up to 10 source files in a merge operation and up to 25 unique device records during the trial. The Trial is for evaluation only, includes self-service documentation, and stops functioning when the trial period or its usage limits are reached.
GraphPilot Utility
GraphPilot Utility is a one-time license for one named user on up to two active Windows devices. It includes the HashPilot and MergePilot workflows and perpetual use of the purchased major version. It does not include Microsoft Graph workflows, future major-version upgrades, ongoing product updates, or individual product-use support. x=mas2 may provide critical fixes at its discretion.
GraphPilot Full
GraphPilot Full is an annual organizational license for up to three named technicians and six pooled active Windows devices. It includes HashPilot, MergePilot, Microsoft Graph workflows, product updates and new versions released during the paid term, and standard email support. Licensed technicians may use GraphPilot for customer tenants they are authorized to administer; the edition does not impose a tenant-count limit. Additional users or devices require a separate written order.
Users, devices, and reassignment
A named-user seat may not be shared by multiple people. The customer may reassign a seat when a technician leaves the organization or no longer requires access. Device activations may be moved to replacement equipment, subject to reasonable license-reset and misuse-prevention controls. Contact support when an activation cannot be released normally.
Renewal and cancellation
GraphPilot Utility does not renew. GraphPilot Full renews annually when automatic renewal is shown at checkout, unless canceled before the renewal date. Customers may manage or cancel a subscription through the Paddle buyer portal or the link in a Paddle receipt. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term; it does not by itself refund the current term. After expiration or nonpayment, Full features may remain available only during any stated licensing grace period and must then stop.
Delivery, updates, and support
Initial fulfillment may be manual. Access to the signed Windows installer, license materials, and applicable release information is sent to the purchaser's order email after successful purchase. Update and support entitlements depend on the edition described above and on the Support page. No response-time or resolution-time service level applies unless x=mas2 agrees to one in writing.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, defeat licensing controls, bypass trial or edition limits, or use GraphPilot unlawfully, except where applicable law does not permit a restriction.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing output before taking administrative action, maintaining appropriate backups, protecting credentials, and using GraphPilot only in environments and Microsoft tenants you are authorized to administer.
Third-party services and independence
Microsoft products and services and Paddle payment services are governed by their respective terms. GraphPilot is an independent product of X EQUALS MASS SQUARED LLC and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Microsoft.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in an applicable order. X EQUALS MASS SQUARED LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability relating to GraphPilot will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, nonpayment, or attempts to defeat licensing or security controls. Upon termination or expiration, use of features no longer covered by an active license must stop. Customers retain ownership and control of their own files and output.
