License
GraphPilot Full is licensed, not sold. The annual license permits use by the customer and authorized users identified by the applicable order. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the applicable license term and permitted-use scope.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, defeat licensing controls, or use GraphPilot unlawfully, except where applicable law does not permit a restriction.
Orders, renewal, and delivery
Price, billing period, renewal details, permitted-use scope, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in the applicable order. Initial fulfillment is manual: access to the signed Windows installer and release materials is sent after successful purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a working order email address.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing output before taking administrative action, maintaining appropriate backups, protecting credentials, and using GraphPilot only in environments and Microsoft tenants you are authorized to administer.
Third-party services
Microsoft products and services and Paddle payment services are governed by their respective terms. GraphPilot is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in an applicable order. X EQUALS MASS SQUARED LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability relating to GraphPilot will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, nonpayment, or attempts to defeat licensing or security controls. Upon termination, use of the software must stop.
