Local-first by design
GraphPilot runs as a Windows utility. GraphPilot itself does not add an x=mas2 cloud service or send customer datasets to x=mas2. Operators control files locally and initiate any Microsoft authentication or upload action from their own environment.

Product questions
The trial runs for 14 days for one user on one activated Windows device, permits up to 10 source files in each MergePilot merge operation, and processes up to 25 unique device records during the trial. Paid editions do not carry these trial capacity restrictions.
It provides perpetual use of the purchased major version, including the HashPilot collection workflow and MergePilot CSV merge and normalization workflow. Future feature releases, compatibility updates, major-version upgrades, and Microsoft Graph functionality are not included.
No. Microsoft Graph validation and upload workflows are included with GraphPilot Trial and GraphPilot Full, not GraphPilot Utility.
Trial customers use the self-service documentation. Utility customers also receive order, activation, and license-recovery assistance. GraphPilot Full includes standard email support for installation and product use. No response-time service level is promised unless stated in a separate order.
Yes. Utility owners can move to GraphPilot Full at any time. Available upgrade pricing and any promotional credit will be shown with the applicable offer.
GraphPilot Utility covers one named user and up to two activated Windows devices. GraphPilot Full covers up to three named technicians and six activated Windows devices total for the licensed organization. The trial covers one user on one activated device.

No. GraphPilot is designed as a local Windows utility. Operators control the local files and initiate any Microsoft authentication or upload action from their own environment.
No. The administrator must authenticate to the intended tenant and hold the permissions required for the action. GraphPilot does not bypass Microsoft authorization.
